Simply upload your photos, tell us your story, choose your preferred launch date, and we'll transform your memories into a personalized pixel-art adventure made just for you, using a combination of human creativity and AI-assisted tools.
Does LorePixel use AI?
Yes. We use AI-assisted tools alongside human creative work to help transform your photos and memories into your personalized game. Depending on the project, AI may assist with artwork, characters, environments, dialogue, or other creative elements. Every LorePixel project is still individually built around the story and materials you provide.
Are my photos processed by AI?
They may be. When needed to create your game, submitted photos and story information may be processed using trusted third-party AI services. We explain how your information is handled in our Privacy Policy.
What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend uploading clear photos of the main people, pets, important places, meaningful objects, and memorable moments. Better photos help us create a better game.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
Not at all. You simply share your memories—we handle everything else.
How personal can my story be?
As personal as you'd like. Include inside jokes, anniversaries, proposals, family memories, favorite places, meaningful conversations, or anything that makes your story unique.

How long does it take to create my game?
Each game is individually produced by our team, with AI-assisted tools helping along the way. Production time depends on your selected package, and you'll always receive an estimated completion date.
Can I choose when my game launches?
Yes. During checkout you can choose your preferred launch date, and we'll work to have your game ready before then.
How long will my game stay online?
Your private game will remain available for 7 days after launch. You'll receive a private link by email once it's ready.
Can I extend the hosting period?
Yes. Contact us before your game expires and we'll gladly extend the hosting period.
Will anyone else be able to see my game?
No. Every game is completely private and only accessible through its unique link. We never publish your photos or story without your permission.
Are my photos safe?
Your photos are securely stored and used to create your game — which may include processing with AI-assisted tools, as explained above. They are never sold, and we never share them publicly without your permission.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order receives a unique Order Number. Visit the Track Order page anytime to see your current production status.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Usually yes. If production hasn't started, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your changes.
What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive:
• An order confirmation email
• Progress update emails during production
• A launch email when your game is ready
What if I don't like the final result?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to make reasonable adjustments whenever possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Since every LorePixel game is custom-made specifically for you, refunds generally aren't available once production has started. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Do I own my game?
Yes. Your game is created specifically for you and your memories. You're welcome to share it with your friends and family.
Can I order a game as a surprise gift?
Absolutely. Many LorePixel games are created as surprise gifts for partners, friends, and family members.
